Epstein Associate Found Dead in Paris Amid Ongoing Investigation

Breaking News: A French modeling scout linked to Jeffrey Epstein has been found dead in his Paris apartment.

A former modeling scout with connections to the late Jeffrey Epstein, Daniel Siad, has been discovered dead in his apartment in Paris. French prosecutors confirmed the death, with an autopsy pending to determine the cause. Siad, 69, was identified in over 2,000 entries within the files released by the US Justice Department pertaining to Epstein’s criminal network.

The records reveal email exchanges between Siad and Epstein concerning young women, including one in 2009 containing images of a 17-year-old Slovakian model he was scouting. Siad’s attorney, Menya Arab-Tigrine, stated he died of a heart attack, adding that “the unbearable waiting…and the daily pressure and anxiety he endured, undoubtedly played a role”. At least 24 women have previously come forward as potential victims or witnesses relating to Siad’s activities following a fraud and human trafficking probe launched in February. Despite an investigation, authorities found insufficient evidence to arrest Siad, his lawyer confirmed.

The death arrives amidst continued scrutiny of individuals linked to Epstein’s crimes. Arab-Tigrine emphatically stated her client was “innocent” and had not been formally implicated in any legal proceedings. She further cautioned against prejudgement while his family mourns.

An autopsy is underway to establish the definitive cause of death. Investigators will continue to analyse the circumstances surrounding Siad’s passing.
